ADVANCE TICKET SALES CLOSED MARCH 28
General Admission Tickets may be purchased at the Rolex Kentucky Ticket Booths beginning Thursday, April 24 at 8:00 a.m.

 

Patron Plus, Patron Club and Equestrian Club subscriptions and General Admission Grandstand Seating, if available, may be purchased at the Event Ticket Tent on Forego Lane near its intersection with Nina Bonnie Boulevard.

 

ALL GENERAL ADMISSION GRANDSTAND SEATING THURSDAY AND FRIDAY FOR DRESSAGE AND SUNDAY FOR THE JUMPING TEST IN THE SHEILA C. JOHNSON ARENA IS  RESERVED SEATING. THERE WILL BE NO OPEN (FREE) SEATING OR STANDING ROOM AREAS.
 
A Large Screen Television will be located in the Covered Arena all four days of the competition and will broadcast the competition daily. Two large screen televisions will be located on the Cross-Country Course

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Trade Fair and Kentucky Horse Park Admission: All subscriptions and tickets include admission to the Trade Fair and General Admission to the Kentucky Horse Park.

 
Children 6 and Under Receive Free Admission:  Children 6 and under receive free admission under any option, but if they occupy a grandstand seat, a seat ticket must be purchased.

 

Parking/On-Site Transportation: If a General Admission Four-Day or Three-Day parking pass hasn't been purchased in advance, parking is $5 per car daily for General and Group Admission Ticket Holders and will be collected as you enter the Horse Park. Spectator shuttles will be available to and from parking lots and Event entry gates and Saturday to areas of the Cross-Country Course for all spectators.

Services for the Disabled: Special parking, seating and on-site transportation available. The 1st row of the Lake Grandstand, accessed via a ramp, offers wheelchair viewing locations with bench seating for an accompanying person. This area is designated as and reserved for Disabled Seating (purchase of seating required) but the first rows of the South and East Grandstands are not elevated so climbing of steps is not required.

 

Golf Carts:  Golf carts may not be brought onto the Horse Park and are not available for rent.

Dogs:  While dogs are welcome at Rolex Kentucky, they must be kept on a leash and, with the exception of certified guide or assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Patron Plus, Patron Club or Equestrian Club Tents or any Grandstands except for the special Patron Club and Equestrian Club Doggery bleachers and the Doggery section of the South Stands, where a seat ticket must be purchased for dogs and their human companions.

 

The Lexington Humane Society will have a station set up at the northwest corner of the West B Grandstand where your dog will be looked after for a donation appropriate to the time your dog is lodged. There will be no special parking concessions for vehicles containing dogs, and distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles, by whatever means necessary, by the Humane Society and/or Event Security. Do not allow dogs to foul areas in the Trade Fair or other public places.

Kentucky Horse Park Campground Reservations:  For reservations at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground, go to www.parks.ky.gov or call 1-888-459-7275.

 

Kentucky Tourism: For information on additional sites and activities in the Bluegrass area and the rest of the state, call the Kentucky Department of Travel Development at 1-800-225-8747, identify calling in reference to the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event and ask for a Kentucky Travel Pack. Allow two (2) weeks for delivery.
