About Catherin Texter Baker

Catherine was born in Chicago. She has lived in Illinois, Texas, Arkansas, Virginia, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Georgia and now calls Aiken, South Carolina home.

Competed in Hunters, Jumpers, HS Equitation, Western Horsemanship, Eventing and Dressage. Enjoying all the equestrian opportunities Aiken has to offer and currently competing in dressage.
 
She is a Level 3 Eventing Steward with international experience with repeat trips to steward in Australia and New Zealand. Also a busy IEA Steward for young riders in grades 4 through 12. Former IHSA and IDA Coach with a background in education, she is passionate to share the benefits of humans connecting with horses. Several of her horses have gone on to be therapeutic riding partners.
