Laura is a native of Evansville, IN but grew up mostly in Neenah, WI. She got her BA from the University of Iowa and her MA in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin and earned her MBA from Northern Illinois University. 

After just a few years in Audiology, Laura went into the hearing industry in the role of Technical Support, Product Development and Marketing. From there, she went into consulting and eventually started her own business and marketing consulting practice, Galloping Lane Marketing. Laura has been working with EEI in the role of Volunteer Coordinator since 2018.



Having lived in Minneapolis, Chicago, and Madison, Laura and her husband (Tom) decided to move south in 2017. They settled in Georgetown, on Canewood Golf Course (where her husband can golf every day!). They have 2 dogs, a cat and 2 horses. When not working at EEI, Laura enjoys time riding her horses and recently began dabbling in art, drawing wildlife and pet portraits.
