About Ralph Coldiron

Ralph has been a resident of Lexington for 44 years. Ralph is married to Susan Stout Coldiron. They have three grown children, Christopher, Lorrie and Catie, and three grandchildren, Caden Clay, Camille and Charlette.



Since moving to Lexington, Ralph has been involved in revitalizing downtown Lexington and surrounding suburbs. Having worked for The Webb Companies and Gray Construction, Ralph was involved in the design and construction of The Lexington Financial Center, City Center Office, Marriott Hotel, Residence Inn, Jeff Ruby Restaurant, 700 car parking garage, the original Lexington Festival Market, Victorian Square, 489 East Main Street, Chamber of Commerce Building, Woodlands Condominiums, Lexington Green, Palomar Centre, Tates Creek Centre and many more. Prior to entering private enterprise, Ralph worked for four Kentucky Governors; Julian Carroll, John Y. Brown, Wallace Wilkinson and Steve Beshear.


Ralph has served on numerous Boards, including Traditional Bank, Lexington Forum, Lexington Public Library, Lexington Dream Factory, KY Pro Football Hall of Fame, Lexington Center Corporation, Leadership Kentucky, Leadership Lexington and many more.
